cleanliness issues

The window rattled throughout the night, disrupting sleep. The floors needed cleaning, as walking barefoot felt unpleasant. cleanliness could use improvement, with some areas appearing a bit neglected.

It was just a good pick for a couple of nights in Hexham with great value. The bed was really clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. A tip for others would be to bring slippers for the floor.
